@DevyEusuf Where would you rank Parker Washington and Jalen Coker in this rookie draft? I’m in a 10-teamer and these vets are available and I think I like them more than most of the guys after your trade-out cut off
Will submit to the Q&A forum as well but here some of my questions:
Burner Terminals & Adoption:
Could you provide details on the rollout strategy for Flexa-enabled burner terminals? Given hardware distribution challenges, are there plans to involve partners like Base to white-label and distribute these terminals and cards? Additionally, is there a merchant waitlist or data regarding the profiles of interested merchants?
Tap to Pay & POS Integration:
What is the current timeline for enabling tap-to-pay capabilities via the Flexa SDK for enterprise-grade merchants using major POS terminals? Trev replied to a post last year suggesting this was a few years away, I would appreciate any updated projections.
Active Merchants & Performance Metrics:
Key Stats: Recent transaction volumes, growth, average settlement times, and success rates.
Competitive Landscape:
Who do you view as your primary competitors (e.g., BitPay, Coinbase Commerce, or Stripe)? Furthermore, what are the most significant opportunities or threats emerging from L2 scaling or rival hardware?
Partnerships:
Could you share insights on the partners or projects driving Flexa's growth? Beyond Flexa itself, which entities are most integral to the expansion of the Flexa/Amp ecosystem? i.e. who else are we cheering for?
Enterprise Pipeline:
Could you clarify the scope of Flexa's work with Fortune 500 companies regarding digital spending? Without violating NDAs, what does this engagement typically entail?
Can you share anything on how the Flexa-enabled burner terminals will get rolled out and adopted? Selling payment hardware seems like a big mountain to climb without major established players pushing it. Can we expect Base or similar partners to be involved in this distribution? My hope is that Base white-labels these terminals and cards and uses their network to distribute 🤞🏻
AI does great for this.

I think Coinbase is coming for it.
One of their many partners is a small company called @FlexaHQ that no one is talking about, but it will enable them to bypass legacy payment rails using their POS integration tech.
And it’s waaaaaaay cheaper than Mastercard or Visa for the merchant.
Someone’s going to bridge the moat now that the tech exists to cut the fat and bring costs down to 1%, while MC and Visa are still collecting 3–5% from merchants.
I think it’s @brian_armstrong@jessepollak@davidtsocy@trev@dannymccb@baseapp@CoinbaseBiz
Yeah man, I’m feeling fatigued but still believe. I expect Base and Flexa further integrate, with Base starting to promote and include it in their Coinbase Commerce/business products. Maybe even white-label (Flexa-enabled) useburner terminals and cards with tap-to-pay capability.
One can dream. That said, I’m most certainly drunk from all of the Flexa Kool-Aid over the years haha. Best of luck to all of us poor souls (or geniuses?!).
Seriously. How about even a retweet from some impactful announcement out there? Or an update on @spark, @baseapp, @solanapay, @WalletConnect, @PayPal, purveyor of coffee, @solflare, MPP?, @tempo, @circle, enterprise grade merchants, Fortune 500 companies? Which ones? Something. Please. Jesus.
Wow. Well done! Mastercard majorly helps spread USDC to a massive audience, which is great, but I’d love to see a campaign with @circle and @FlexaHQ (and @baseapp) to expand actual onchain payments and help lower merchant costs (and, as a byproduct, consumer costs). One can dream...
@FlexaHQ

@enmymike@10rpaule No, but Danny himself has been vocal about it (and market structure) being THE catalyst for many more “enterprise-grade” merchants to launch—ones that have apparently been ready and in the works for years. Maybe not overnight, but that does seem to be the self imposed goalpost
