Do you know if your system is working properly yet? Or do I need to start shopping around for a better deal? I’ve been with sky nearly 20 years and never had any issues like this. It’s disappointing.

same message at the end as I did. She informed me she would sort it out and ring me a few days later —this didn’t happen until about two weeks later when she unexpectedly called me. Again went through the whole process, booked engineer visit etc so I took the day off work and ++

I got to the “confirm order” page I got a message on the screen saying there were technical difficulties and try again later. I tried periodically for two weeks before I rang the call centre and spoke to a lovely lady who sorted my order out for me… only she got the exact ++
