🥎 Back on the Dirt: I’m officially back to throwing full pitching sessions off the dirt!

💨 Velocity: My velocity continues to improve, and it’s exciting to see all the hard work paying off. I’m averaging 62 mph, and my changeup is consistently sitting around 49 mph.

👏 Big shoutout to my catchers, @AddieBurbach_ and @CarlieMuhlbach , for spending the time catching my bullpens. Couldn't do it without you guys!!!
