Fun weekend with my NEO Lightning softball teammates at the Capital City Showdown. Batted .353 (6-17), with an off the fence bases loaded double and 1 HR. Had 0 k’s against some great pitching! Hit the ball hard all weekend but sometimes they don’t drop!

One of the staples of my instruction is understanding the importance of “Being an athlete” in the batters box both mentally and physically. Be a relentless competitor, keep the mind calm & clear using breath work and move freely through swing progressions. First load movement is the key to timing and covering the zone from top to bottom.

Every hitter I work with knows that the theme of my instruction and guidance is to always be aggressive, compete relentlessly and be intentional in every aspect of your athletics and life. Intentional with your training, your habits and your goals. A ball player builds confidence by facing fears and not being hesitant to take big swings in order to produce big results. This girl has all of it and has learned to take her relentless and intentional mindset onto the field and compete her ass off to help her team be successful! 💪⚡️🔥
