This weeks batting practice:
1.) we used a L screen to stop me from casting out throughout my swing and stay tight
2.) I used the rope bat and light flight balls to let me see if iโm staying g level and long in my swing
3.) we also used the. L screen with the short bat
Itโs been a minute since iโve had time to post with winter workout and practice but here is some of my at bats from last weekend at my first dome tournament:
This weeks batting practice:
1.) Iโm using a tire to make sure i donโt drop my hand and keep the knob above the ball
2.) I used a tennis racket to keep my bottom hand there my swing and that iโm not pulling
3.) front toss and still focusing in keeping my knob and hands above
Batting lesson this week:
1.)I started off with a small ball under my front arm and used my top hand with the shirt bat to stay through the ball
2.)I did a cone drill to split my swing in the steps to slow it down
3.)Front toss working all around the plate to end off
Batting practice this week :
1.) Taking some swings off the tee all the way through
2.) Still off the tee stoping at extension and making sure my eye is in the ball

This weeks batting lesson:
1.) we worked on breaking down my swing and feeling g the separation on my movements
2.) I stood on a tire and loaded into my swing and and stayed in my feet
3.)I would hop before i would swing to get myself to load
4.)front toss
This weeks betting practice a little shorter than normal but still put the work in :
1.) using a tee to get my hands to contact and stopping
2.) used 2 tees the first one i got to contact and then paused and went to extension to work on feeling the separation
This weeks batting practice:
1.) we used a weight ball to warm up and focus on power form my back leg
2.) keeping my eye on the ball and not over rotating my shoulderโs
3.)work g that inside pitch and not hitting the other tee
4.) working to contact

1.) I kept my legs still and loaded my back hip with no stride and exploded
2.) Started back in a closed stance and slowly stepped in and though my swing
3.) Happy gilmore swing to stay though

2.) working in an open position and loading my back leg and and exploding through
3.) front toss keeping my bat up
This weeks batting lesson:
1.) keeping my body through my swing and not to pull my shoulder
2.) striding the right amount and not pulling
3.) staying down in my feet and being on time
4.) level swing and not dropping and hitting the tire

1.) we used the shirt bat to get to contact and stay through my swing
2.) baseball front toss working in the inside pitch
3.) using the tire to be in place of the pitcher (hiding) the ball untill release
Today I attended the College Coaches Showcase Camp and I had an amazing time and learned so many new things. Thank you to all the coaches who were there!

Batting lesson today and hereโs what I worked on :
1.) With the short weighted bat we worked on keeping my bat up in the slot and working our way through our swing
2.) I started in a closed outside position with my body and slowing stepped in and loaded
3.)I worked outside
I went to the gym today and hereโs what I worked on:
1.) allowed me to follow through my throws
2.) To make the motions feel light when iโm actually swinging
3.) I used a weight and used my back leg more in my swing
4.) I used a foam roller to make sure iโm threw
