"One of the reasons why I really support TREY's Law is because fundamentally it's for survivors, but it also is for people that want to blow the whistle, like me, on safety-related issues." - Michael "Schlep," Online Abuse Survivor & TREY'S Law Advocate
At the TREYβS Law roundtable in DC, Schlep shared how he took action after being groomed on Roblox as a minor. His work exposing predators on their platform has led to six arrests and three convictions. The company's response? A cease-and-desist letter.
Many big tech companies rely on forced arbitration and confidential settlements, legal tactics used against survivors and whistleblowers to keep them from speaking out and warning others.
TREY'S Law doesn't just protect survivors' voices. It keeps bystanders, whistleblowers, and other protective parties from being silenced, too. We need national reform so we can see #TruthSetFree, hold bad actors accountable, and prevent further harm to children and youth. This is an urgent matter of public safety.
Take action TODAY and help us build the momentum needed to pass TREY'S Law federally. Add your voice at https://t.co/hoBoPXKBvc or make a donation at https://t.co/n1NvMm6q6c.

@treys_law Roblox doesn't care about our safety. He'll they don't even have simple safety features like privating our profiles to keep bad actors from engaging with us. Yet they lie and lie and say "safety is our top priority" BS
