@extralaxx@AdaJaneHarper@Cant_Be_Rated The adults were asking Anthony to leave. He was not listening. No one except Anthony wanted violence to unfold. Everyone just wanted to focus on the track meet. Anthony was the catalyst for all of this.
@extralaxx@nancy_buford15@Cant_Be_Rated He was sitting under another schools tent where he did not belong and was asked to leave 15 times, according to witnesses. Anthony said “make me.” THAT right there, was Anthony, not Austin choosing violence.
@VOOfortheW@Blacc213@Braune888@FocusedJustice Yes this is exactly what it was. Anthony always planned to stab Austin. He was just trying to bait him into touching him first so he could claim self defense.
@Blacc213@Braune888@FocusedJustice Asking someone to leave a place where they don’t belong is not a “duty to retreat.” It’s the inciting incident. By trespassing and defiantly telling people to “make me leave” he lost the self defense argument.
@JAL2434@rsearsavon@comeonbro0013@queenie4rmnola@BlkStarNetwork It’s true. The black profiles I see on here are purposely leaving out facts or adding their own when discussing this case. Just based on Anthony’s taunts, he can it claim self defense. Anyone that thinks he won’t be found guilty is crazy, and racist.
@_LaJanee_ You are reaching. Anthony was asked 15x nicely to leave the rent. Austin said he did my want to fight him but Anthony tainted him, “put your hands on me and see what happens.” That is not self defense. It’s already over. Anthony’s cooked.
@queenie4rmnola I can not believe this is the stance the black community is taking. What is “self defense” to you - a white person looking at you the wrong way? A white person doing anything you don’t like, gives you the right to kill them and cry racism when we say killing is wrong?
@HarriettJa31461@bAnthonYsr@GULAG4UFAG@FBA_Extremist Every school is different. This school said the tent was like a locker room, reserved for their team. That’s why they asked Karmelo to leave, several times. No one wanted a fight. They just wanted him to leave. But Karmelo was the one who said, “make me.”
@Braune888@BuzzKnudson69@fancierdoves@FocusedJustice You can’t kill a white person for no reason and then say, “give me a break, I’m black.” Murder, is murder. You can’t take someone’s life and then cry racism when you are held accountable for it.
@Braune888@FocusedJustice Karmelo said they would have to physically try to remove him. No one wanted things to get physical except him. He wanted an excuse to stab someone so he was provoking Austin to touch him. All he needed was an excuse to do it.
@FocusedJustice Are you kidding me? It was a school tent and he didn’t go to the school! Karmelo started, escalated and provoked the fight. Don’t say Jim Crow and then say it’s ok to stab people just for being white.
@bAnthonYsr@GULAG4UFAG@FBA_Extremist There ws no "gang." Metcalf did speak works to him, he asked him to leave. No one denies that. Karmelo wasn't supposed to be there. Things didn't escalate until Karmelo refused to leave and dared people to touch him.
@bAnthonYsr@FBA_Extremist Well he wasn't in a place where he had a right to be.
Also, Karmelo DID start the fight because he said he wasn't leaving unless they physically made him. But then when they go to physically make him, he says he feared for his life?
No, thats not going to work.
@bAnthonYsr@FBA_Extremist Yes, they can determine that, because if he feared for his life, he could have just left. No one except Karmelo wanted to fight. Everyone just wanted him to leave.
@bAnthonYsr@FBA_Extremist If he truly "feared for his life" he would have left the tent the first 15 times he was asked. He also would not have dared them to physically move him. You can't provoke a fight just so you can have an excuse to stab someone.
