Day 3 at @money2020 Europe. Booth K67 is still active until close.
The pattern across booth conversations this week has been consistent. Nearly every Head of Growth has the same metric quietly degrading.
CAC/LTV ratios that were stable two years ago are inverting in 2026.
The data is sitting in their dashboards. The fix is not in their stack.
If you're on the floor today and that sounds familiar, find @AsafNadler, @TomerShlomo and @keithhutch10 at K67 before close. Or DM us if you'd rather pick it up offline next week.
Day 1 at @money2020 Europe.
@AsafNadler, @TomerShlomo and @keithhutch10 at booth K67. Amsterdam.
The conversation we keep having on the floor: what happens when the financial identity of your traffic finally enters the bid logic.
DM if you're at the show.
Yesterday in Tel Aviv.
Addressable on the panel with @chainalysis, @HypernativeLabs, @utila_io and @StarkWareLtd.
Topic: bringing institutions onchain.
The next phase of crypto adoption gets built on trust. Custody, compliance, security, attribution.
Each layer matters and the layers stack.
@TomerSharoni represented us.
Thanks @ColliderVC for the room.
A few moments from last night in Tel Aviv with @ColliderVC. ๐ฎ๐ฑ
Really appreciated the conversations, the different perspectives shared, and everyone who joined us throughout the evening.
Special thanks to: @Utila_io, @addressableid, @chainalysis, @HypernativeLabs & @StarkWareLtd.
Full panel sessions coming soon on YouTube.
3 visitors land on a crypto exchange right now.
โ 1: $200K on Coinbase, trades 5x/week, never claimed a bonus.
โ 2: Deposited $50 on four platforms last month, claimed every reward, never made a real trade.
โ 3: $2.1M portfolio, hasn't traded in 90 days, browsing competitors every 2-3 days.
Your ad platform bids the same for all three.
200M financial identities. @money2020 next week.

Chen Chasson, our Senior Account Executive, is wrapping up two days at i-Con in Limassol, Cyprus. ๐จ๐พ
If you ran into him at the venue, expect a follow-up this week.
If you didn't get scheduled in time, the calendar is open.

Every crypto exchange is cutting performance budgets right now.
Some because demand softened. Some because cohort quality is sliding. Both rational. Neither fixes the real problem.
The question isn't how much less you're spending. It's how much more you're getting per dollar.
Your ad platform optimizes on sign-ups. It learns to buy reward chasers. The $400K holder browsing your site three times? Underbid.
CAC stable. LTV drops. CAC/LTV degrades. Budget cuts don't fix that. Better creative doesn't either.
200M financial identities matched. Pre-conversion. Now feeding the signal into Google/Meta/TikTok.
At @money2020 Europe next week with the team from Churney in Amsterdam.

Organic crypto reach on X is getting harder.
If users donโt actively ask for crypto content, they may never see your project.
KOLs still work, but managing 10, 20, or 50 of them without clear measurement is a mess.
Crypto growth needs more than attention.
It needs attribution.
@AsafNadler x @famcryptospace unpack why this matters for growth teams.

We're at i-Con next week.
Chen our Senior Account Executive, will be in Limassol on May 28-29, meeting with operators, networks, and affiliates across gaming and entertainment platforms.
The conversation we keep having with operators: wallet-first audiences are now consistently outperforming traditional acquisition on the same media spend.
The best teams are already shifting budget on-chain.
If you're at i-Con and serious about 2026 acquisition, drop Chen a message.
We're heading to @nextdotio Valletta, next week.
@keithhutch10 (BD Director) and Omri Marom will be on the ground in Malta on May 27-28, meeting with operators, affiliates, and growth teams across gaming and entertainment platforms.
A few things we'll be talking about:
โ Wallet-first acquisition for gaming and rewards operators, and why it consistently outperforms cookie-based targeting on the same media spend.
โ Player attribution that holds up in 2026, with mobile IDs locked down and third-party signals disappearing.
โ The audience segments that are converting best for gaming clients right now, by country and by channel.
If you're attending and working on acquisition, retention, or attribution, Keith and Omri would love to grab a coffee.

New money entering crypto isn't going to DeFi.
We mapped the first action of every wallet that bought crypto with fiat in our sample, and then followed the money one hop further:
~80% Deposit / Transfer
~15% Swap
~1% Withdraw
And when funds do move, ~78% land at a single Binance hot wallet.
The DeFi-first new user is a story growth teams tell themselves. The data tells another one.
Argentina. Japan. Norway. South Korea. Canada.
These are not demographic estimates. These are identified wallet owners who visited your platform, matched by country through real on-chain data.
That is the difference between web traffic and wallet intelligence.
This is what the next generation of crypto compliance looks like in practice.
Start with a single address. Map every connection. Inspect every wallet in the cluster. Surface every device, every fingerprint, every session tied to it.
Then follow the trail where the money leads.
On-chain data tells you what happened. This tells you who did it.
