Morning everyone I hope you are well. Another pre rain visit to Blea Tarn. When the conditions are "just right,"especially with the stillness, it is certainly a sight to behold. Have a great day.

๐๐๐ฅฒ๐ฅฒ๐ฅฒ๐ FIFTH NIGHT WITHOUT ELEANOR ๐๐ฅฒ๐ฅฒ๐ฅฒ๐ฅฒ๐๐
It has now been five nights since Eleanor was stolen and our hearts are breaking more with every passing hour ๐๐๐๐
Tomorrow some of the MLHR team are heading to Appleby Uk, one of the largest horse fairs. Different groups of us will be travelling across to the UK, with the first team leaving at first light. We will search every corner, every road, every field, every place we can. If Eleanor is there, we will find her.
We cannot thank the UK police, UK rescue organisations, and everyone who has reached out enough โค๏ธ
The support has been incredible, and it is helping us keep going through what feels like our darkest days๐
The truth is that we are devastated. We haven't slept. We are exhausted, heartbroken, and terrified. Eleanor is not just an animal to us, she is family. All we want is our girl home where she belongs.
We have been incredibly fortunate that three kind hearted people have pledged an additional โฌ1,000 reward towards Eleanor's safe return. Their generosity means more than words can ever express.
At the same time, we are facing huge costs. We are now arranging round the clock volunteer patrols, improving security, and trying to secure fencing around our perimeter to help prevent anything like this from ever happening again.
The costs are mounting rapidly while our resources are being stretched to the limit.
This nightmare has taken an enormous emotional and financial toll, but we will not stop searchingโฆEVER ๐โค๏ธ
If you are able to support us in any way, whether by donating, sharing this post, keeping an eye out, or simply helping spread Eleanor's story, we would be so grateful.
Please keep sharing. Please keep looking. Please keep hoping with us.

In Cork, more than 300 adults with intellectual disabilities are being cared for at home by their elderly parents, the carersโ rights group Before We Die has said.
Working from figures provided by the CSO, advocates found that in Cork city there are 127 people with an intellectual disability being cared for by a parent over 70. In Cork county, elderly parents care for 178 adult children.
Nationally, 2,314 adults with intellectual disabilities are being cared for at home by parents aged over 70.
Sarah Roarty, a member of Before We Die, said that for the State to adequately house those adults in the standard four-person supported living model, a minimum of 579 purpose-built homes would need to be provided without delay.
