@SamitoFPS I’ve seen this happen recently with 3 brand new pc builds. Only difference is Ethernet wasn’t working off first few boots. I went to the motherboard manufacturer website and downloaded the LAN drivers to a USB stick. Plugged USB in and manually installed the drivers. Might help!
