A lot of Max Clark social media posts flying around.
Some love his flamboyancy, and some can't stand it.
The truth is this.
Players can be as flamboyant as they want to be.
They can wear a dozen chains, sleeve tats, hair to their ass, earrings and long shaggy beards.
But, they better play like an all star and future hall of famer.
If the player doesn't play like an all star and future hall of famer, organizations rightfully, turn on them in a hurry. Because it's then seen as the distraction that it is.
Truthfully, professional organizations tolerate individualism when the player is lighting it up on the field, and get rid of individualism when the player is no longer playing like an all star or future hall of famer.

Max Clark has a target on his back and we will see who the real Max Clark is in the big leagues.

Pitchers and catchers ignite tempo or destroy it.
Fielders ignite tempo or destroy it.
Dudes on the bench ignite tempo or destroy it.
Coaches either ignite tempo or destroy it.
Pitchers should throw the pitch and catch the return throw backing up the hill. Pitchers shouldn't turn their back to the hitter.
Catchers should get the ball back to the pitcher with tempo and pace.
Infielders should be talking to pitchers bringing energy. Not rah rah bullshit but encouragement.
Outfielders should be talking.
Pitchers should be great at backing up and covering bases.
Fielders should be great at backing up bases.
Baserunners should be great at taking extra bases.
Players in the dugout shouldn't be cheerleaders but should be locked in.
Bullpen catchers should be ready to sprint to the pen with full gear on.
Fielders should get on and off the field with energy.
Great teams play with winning tempo.
