@TK_HelpDesk I have emailed them. Note, i have been trying to use the traveller’s cheque to rebook flight since 2021. To date, Turkish airlines has failed to action my request despite numerous twitter messages, telephone calls, emails, feedback forms completed!
@TurkishAirlines I sent an email to [email protected] on the 28th NoV 2022 with all the required information to enable you rebook my flight. There has not been any acknowledgment or action from you

@TK_HelpDesk Your email response advised that I contact Turkish airlines sales office near me. The numbers provided for London Heathrow do not work.

@TK_HelpDesk I have been getting the same feedback since 2021. It is unacceptable to make it so difficult to use travellers cheque. The cheque will expire in January with the potential of me letting it go out of frustration and Turkish airlines will obviously keep the money!
@TK_HelpDesk@ManishS35616664 This is the same problem with UK call centre. I have been trying to use my travellers cheque to rebook a flight since 2021. I have made up to 20 calls, the number never work, resulted into calling the Istanbul centre which cost lot as making international call. Still no help!
