Hi,
My name is Oreoluwa Emmanuel. I’m a Product Manager with a background in Product Design and Business Operations.
If you’re looking for someone who takes ownership, understands structure and processes, and can turn ideas into execution, I’m your girl!
Yesterday, a customer walked up to me and asked me to restock a bag I genuinely thought would be for women.
Then I realised something: men are shopping for bags in the women’s section too.
And it got me thinking.
@_D3l3 Exactly! A lot of what we consider masculine or feminine today is just social conditioning. Fashion has always evolved, and things we associate with one gender today weren’t always that way.

If you like it, it fits, and you can style it? Why should the section it came from matter?
My conclusion is simple: accessories and clothes have no gender. Wear what you like. Buy what you like. Style it how you want.
Fashion is much more fun when we stop putting it in boxes.
Think about it. A bag is a bag. A pair of glasses is a pair of glasses. A piece of jewellery is simply a piece of jewellery.
Somewhere along the line, we assigned gender to these things.
Fashion is about personal style, self-expression and what makes you feel good.
