INSTEAD OF WATCHING NETFLIX TONIGHT…
Spend 1 hour on this.
A full Claude AI course that teaches you how to BUILD, AUTOMATE, and create almost anything with AI.
You’ll thank yourself later.
Some days don't go according to plan.
Things outside your control may slow you down, but when the opportunity comes, make it count.
Today, I completed and delivered an outstanding design job.

HOW TO DOWNLOAD AND PRINT YOUR NIN SLIP FROM YOUR PHONE FOR FREE
Most Nigerians do not know they can do this from their phone without visiting any NIMC office or paying any agent. Here is exactly how to do it:
- Download the NINauth App
Go to Google Play Store or the App Store and search for NINAuth. It is the official app by NIMC. Download and install it. It is completely free.
- Open the app and sign in.
Enter your 11-digit NIN and the phone number linked to your NIN. An OTP will be sent to your registered number. Enter it to verify and gain access.
- Download your NIN slip
Once you are logged in, go to the NIN Slip section and select Download Slip. Your slip will be downloaded in PDF format directly to your phone. It is free of charge.
- Print your slip
Take the PDF to any business center or cyber cafe near you and print it. Both black and white and color prints are accepted. Make sure the QR code on the slip is clearly visible after printing.
WHAT IF YOU WANT THE IMPROVED PLASTIC CARD VERSION?
The improved NIN slip is a plastic card-style version similar to an ATM card. It is more durable and easier to carry.
To get it, you go through the same NINAuth app but there is a fee of N1,000 payable through Remita by card, bank transfer, or USSD. After payment, download the PDF and take it to a business center that prints on PVC plastic card material.
- If you forgot your NIN:
Dial *346# on the phone number you used during your NIN registration. Your NIN will appear on your screen immediately.
Save, share and utilize.
Above all, love God.
A project I've been working on.
Proposed Student Hub — a space designed for learning, collaboration, recreation and connection.
From concept to visualization, every space was designed with the student experience in mind.
#Architecture#ArchitecturalDesign#StudentHub
Good architecture starts with a simple question:
How will this space make someone's life better?
Design isn't just about creating beautiful buildings. It's about creating better experiences.
A building can look beautiful and still be poorly designed.
Good architecture goes deeper than appearance.
It must work, respond to its environment, and serve the people who use it.
Beauty is only part of the job
@BSAT_Properties Keeping your surroundings clean, cutting overgrown vegetation, and sealing possible entry points will do more than relying on petrol. Prevention is always better.
@BSAT_Properties Some of those buildings are impressive, no doubt. But if I were building today, I'd still go with proper columns and lintels for peace of mind. Safety should never be based on luck.
The cheapest building is rarely the most affordable.
Cutting corners may reduce today's cost, but poor workmanship, weak supervision, and bad detailing often cost far more in repairs.
Build for durability, not just for delivery.

Concrete is permanent. Mistakes shouldn't be.
Before casting, every formwork must be plumb, aligned, and firmly braced.
Most structural problems start with details people ignore.
Quality isn't inspected into a building. It's built into it.

@BSAT_Properties People usually respond to the standards you consistently enforce. Once those standards become optional, discipline becomes difficult to restore.
@BSAT_Properties Employee dishonesty can destroy a business, especially small ones with limited controls. But it's also a reminder that strong systems, accountability, and careful hiring are just as important as having capital.
@Layemie001 It's hard to judge a structure from photos alone. If it was properly designed and detailed by the structural engineer, it could perform just fine. The real question is whether this was the most efficient solution for the project.
