I respect people who raise families abroad. Truly I do. Something about that life breaks some families in ways that aren't visible until it's too late.
In countries like the US, Canada, and the UK, when marriages separate, mothers are the primary custodial parents in the large majority of cases. That's just how the system is built. The father becomes a visitor in his own children's lives.
The sad part is that there's more to it than just custody laws. There is what happens in between. A mother can paint any picture of a man in her children's minds and they'll believe it. A child will repeat things they never saw because that's what they were told. Some women make false accusations just to keep the man away. And the man can go to jail. His life gets destroyed before anyone even listens to his side.
The children grow up thinking their father is a monster. They don't call or care. Meanwhile, he's paying child support and trying to rebuild his life from nothing. Some men isolate completely because the pain of being rejected by their own children is too much to carry.
This is what the system creates. Broken men. Confused children. And women who learned they can weaponise motherhood without consequence.
It is well.

How Jeffrey Epstein Shaped Internal Affairs In DRC, Côte d'Ivoire & Nigeria
The first, 3.5-million-page batch of the infamous Epstein files – released by the United States Department of Justice (DOJ) on January 30th, 2026 – has revealed many disturbing truths about the Western ruling elite, and when most Africans who have followed this news think about the name ‘Jeffrey Epstein’, the s*x-related scandals are usually the only things that come to mind.
But Epstein was more than just a s*xual deviant and human tr*fficker.
In this report, The Spearhead sheds light on a series of analyses on the Epstein files by US-based nonprofit investigative news outlet, @DropSiteNews, which reveal how intimately involved Jeffrey Epstein was with Africa’s internal affairs.
I’m watching this Colombia game, & an Afro-Colombian player, Yerry Mina, subs in for another Afro-Colombian, Jhon Lucumi, & my mind is just blown.
Mina is what Portuguese called enslaved West Africans from the Gold Coast because many of them were shipped from the slave fort El Mina in Ghana. And Lucumi comes from the Yoruba phrase Olu Kumi, meaning “My friend”, which is what enslaved Yoruba called each other in the Americas. Fascinating🤯
The English🏴 migrated across the North Sea from what is now Denmark and northern Germany into Britain after the fall of the Roman Empire and displaced the native Britons.
Senegal international Sadio Mané, was only 7 years old when he saw his father die in Bambali, a Senegalese village with no electricity and not a single medical center nearby.
No ambulance arrived in time, no doctor could save him. Only the distance, and the helplessness of having nowhere to go.
Years later, having become one of the biggest stars in world football, Mané returned to that same place. But not to visit: he came back to build. He invested part of his fortune in building a hospital in Bambali, capable of serving dozens of neighboring villages that, until then, also had nowhere to get treatment.
He also funded a school, internet connectivity, and monthly support for the families in his village.
He has said it himself: he prefers helping his people over accumulating luxuries. That’s why, where no doctor once arrived in time, today there is a hospital bearing his name behind it. 🇸🇳🥹
This is true patriotism to your country and people.
France's Kylian Mbappe and the French Football Federation hit back after Paraguayan Senator Celeste Amarilla launched a racist attack following Paraguay's World Cup exit, calling the striker a "colonised Cameroonian".

What a run. 🔥
Jaylen Brown was the third overall pick in 2016 and was booed on draft night. He was benched during the Kyrie/Hayward era, and signed a contract extension nobody believed he deserved. He proceeded to improve every. single. season. and eventually help the Celtics raise Banner 18, all while doing absolutely NOTHING wrong.
Never controversial. Never an issue off the court. He always played hard and never complained. Boston just lost one of the greatest players to wear a Celtics jersey. It’s a guarantee his jersey will be hanging in the rafters one day.
