AT&T periodically updates its voicemail systems and phone trees to improve features or migrate to new platforms, which can result in changes to menu speed and default actions. If the new system is causing issues, customers can manage voicemail settings, including playback and message handling, through the AT&T Phone feature portal or the myAT&T Online Account Management site. @ATTHelp Why can this not be managed through the voicemail system itself, assuming you can fix any of the new "features" that have come with the change.
Why in the WORLD would AT&T change the voice-mail phone tree?? It speaks EXTREMELY slow now, and by default saves messages rather than promoting you? Absolutely unbearable now with how many scam calls I get a day. Why change it to something worse after all these years @ATT ??
