When my mom took it to God in prayers, this man fell sick all of a sudden and couldn't step out of his house again till he died.

Having that kind of experience while not being able to move your body to fight it at that moment is Sleep Paralysis. Sleep paralysis itself is not normal if you ask me, I have experienced it myself and it's beyond science
