If it is too hard to put a system in place to have a different FC winning each plot, then only allow one entry per FC. The same FC winning multiple different plots is asinine.

People keep excusing FFXIV for its housing crisis by saying its an old game, but I find it ridiculous that they decided to implement an Ultima Online era player housing system for a game launched in 2013. #ffxivhousing #housinglottery

10 members of an FC enter for 10 separate plots. All 10 members win a plot. They can then choose the plot they want and the 9 other plots go back into the pool for the next round. This essentially screws over all the other people who entered for those plots.
