They don’t listen are rude on the phone and you get hold different things depending on who you speak to. They make my mental H worse. Vistin my MP

@GMB @MartinSLewis I’ve had swansea city council literally hound me for council tax although I’m on universal credit and I’ve told them this. They pay my rent and I’ve told them over and over about the council tax to no avail. They sent bailiffs numerous times,ignored them. 2 scared to open mail!
