Apparently “we will resolve the issue means whatever Molina wants it to mean. Can someone help me with a letter of agreement. I have called consistently for months, only to be told, we will resolve this by tomorrow. I have been looking for tomorrow for a month :(

How do I get a single use agreement contract sent to a provider? I have been working on it for over a month only for surgery to possible be cancelled a few days prior. No one can seem to help me out? Or even know why?
