For freshers or recent graduates like me, a great piece of advice I recently heard is to read tech blogs and really understand system architecture, workflows, and trade-offs. These days, the gap between a beginner and someone with 2–3 years of experience isn’t as big as it used to be. If you focus on building strong fundamentals and effectively use AI tools, you can even outperform someone who isn’t leveraging AI.
