@nestsupport Yup, one of my thermostats is still offline and it got stuck cooling and wouldn’t stop until I adjusted the temperature again

@nestsupport My downstairs thermostat still shows offline, and it when I went downstairs after a few hours I found that it had kept cooling way past it’s set temperature, was set to 68 and it had cooled down to 63 degrees and was still going

@nestsupport both my nest protects just did the 3 beep smoke alarm at 4am waking me up. No voice, no red light, and the app doesn’t say that anything happened. 😢
