Dear Pilgrim,
"For the preaching of the cross is to them that perish foolishness; but unto us which are saved it is the power of God".
The Apostle Paul was saying here that, the Message of the Cross; the goodnews of Jesus Christ dying on the cross for human sins and rising again, to people who reject God or refuse to believe, the message has no sense, is foolish, and/or a waste of time because it goes against human pride and logic. However, for us believers, we recognize the cross not as weakness, but as the true, life-changing power of God.
Remember, the believers in Corinth were starting to divide themselves into factions based on which human teacher they preferred. So, Paul wrote this section to correct their division. He reminded them that the gospel is not about human charisma, philosophy, or clever speech. God deliberately chose a method of salvation that human logic would mock. He did this so that no human could boast of being smart enough to save themselves.
Paul concludes this thought by stating "For the foolishness of God is wiser than men, and the weakness of God is stronger than men."
To a secular world heavily focused on economic survival, inflation, and political power, the idea of prioritizing a spiritual mandate over industrial engine-building sounds like complete foolishness.
Yet, a believer walking in salvation must exercise a higher level of discernment. While the perishing can only view a nation's worth through physical metrics, a discerning Christian understands that God regularly uses what the world mocks as weak to execute His divine, end-time strategies. True discernment allows the believer to look past temporal anxieties and realize that a continent's greatest export may not be machinery, but the undeniable, life-changing power of the gospel.
I do not worry about them that are without. I grieve for them who though they wear the priestly garb, they know nothing of the Eternal King, His will, His ways, and His Kingdom to which they have been called sons and slaves.
By the mercies of God, may the Dayspring invade our space and rescue the rescued from spiritual darkness and the shadow of death.
May they that read understand!
Do have a blessed weekend!!
For those angry, you will see more of Dr Arome Osayi in the coming years.
The prophetic utterances that went forth on him today, oh My God !
🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
Apostle Arome Osayi is truly on another level. He needs no validation or human applause. Just watch how God uses him to minister healing to a little boy who was deaf. What a mighty demonstration of God’s power and grace! 🙏🔥
Happy Independence Day, Nigeria.
One day, the corporate psychology of this nation will change. This corruption that we're known for globally, it will die when a generation that has gone through the cross awakes and we are redeployed to various facets of human endeavour.
"By a prophet, the Lord brought Israel out of Egypt, and by a prophet was he preserved." (Hosea 12:13)
We look forward to the rising of a Moses, a Daniel, a Joseph, a David, a Joshua — such a man approved by God, righteous, holy, brilliant, skilled in administration, who will bring Nigeria into her colourful destiny.

"I don't want to fail God. I don't want to be old and see that Nigeria is a harlot"
- Apostle Arome Osayi
Righteousness exalts a nation. But sin is a reproach to every people. May someone hear this cry and arise. May puritans arise. Nigerian believers, cry for the destiny of this nation.
Listen to my father. No sympathy needed at all. We are very all right. Satan was badly hit this couple of weeks in Nigeria. This sponsor is too small to shake us
This clip...
Well, Apostle Arome does not need defending here, but yes, I was in the very session where he made the statement now causing uproar everywhere, and surely, it was made in a context. A context not contained in the trending clip. You can still disagree with his point, but at least, make sure you're disagreeing with the point he was actually making. Okay? So, this is not to stifle scrutiny.
Also, there is no justification for hurling personal, body insults just because you disagree with his position or with anyone's position for that matter. Hah!?
Sha, I just wanted to post this clip. Didn't plan to talk sef. As a principle, I no de do ministry of defense unless de matter serious. And dis current one no serious, na just agenda and some tantrum from the lower heavens.
Dear Pilgrim,
Hell, its governor and its hordes are agitated. Why wont they be?
In the last four weeks from one city to the next, a chariot of of grace and glory has blazed through the landscape dispensing truth, unapologetically confronting compromise, and setting hearts ablaze for God in righteousness.
Hell cannot sit still for they have suffered a devastating blow in the last few days. But, we are not ignorant of its devices nor moved by its shenanigans. The voice of one blows the Lord's trumpet even louder and Nigeria will fulfil her calling in God's prophetic program.
No retreat, no surrender! For this cause were we born!
May the Lord give them that read understanding!
Great grace, Padre!
From Uyo to Warri, Ibadan, Lagos, and Benin, God’s servant, @ApostleArome , has wrestled with the beasts of territories so that the gospel may prevail.
The real warfare is imminent, but the gates of hell will not prevail against what God is building, which is His Church.
To my fellow believers, hear the counsel of Gamaliel:
“And now I say unto you, Refrain from these men, and let them alone: for if this counsel or this work be of men, it will come to nought: But if it be of God, ye cannot overthrow it; lest haply ye be found even to fight against God” (Acts 5:38–39)
Padre, may the Lord keep and preserve you.
