I need your help on this issue NCC.
I subscribed for a month on my MTN Router FiberX and my router isn't working. I have sent over 5 emails, called more than 7x, on twitter, facebook and IG to complain. It's almost a month now, no one has reached out

The router is mounted on a pole and I'm wondering if they expect me to climb it and fix the problem myself. The sad part is, no one has even reached out. Next thing, they will tell me my subscription has expired? I have proof of communication. Please help

I have LOS on my router and have been unable to access the internet for almost a month now that I have been calling and texting. I keep getting the same message every time from different customer agents online. I have over 5 reference IDs.

@MTNNG before I got this router, the marketing strategy was a lot and I was convinced to get it. I did. But this after sales service is really poor! Very poor , I must confess to you! What do u guys want me to do? Climb the pole myself?? No one is even reaching out to me!
