@UnityBankPlc There is no Unity Bank branch near my area, I will have to go extra miles before i get one. I am frustrated and even more than frustrated 😠. Bank App is ZERO, ussd too is ZERO. So I'll have to reach the bank before accessing my money. Nonsense!

@UnityBankPlc USSD also stopped working. This is very bad experiences and I don't think I will ever use this bank again in my life. What is the essence of bank if I have to be wasting unnecessary transportation cost before I can access my money. Very frustrating banking service

@UnityBankPlc @UnityBankPlc for more than 3 weeks and I decided to use USSD today and its telling me i can only transfer #2,000 only in a day. How long / days will I wait till I'm able to transfer out all my money?
This has been one of the worst banking experiences I've ever come across.

@UnityBankPlc @UnityBankPlc I was trying to use USSD to transfer out of my Unity Bank account, but I was only allowed to transfer #2,000. I was told #2,000 is my daily transfer limit. What sort of nonsense is this. I've not been able to use bank app for

@UnityBankPlc @Providusunity @UnityBankPlc @Providusunity I feel there is relevance in the former unity Bank account numbers we are using before and the new migration to ProvidusUnity was done. Anything technical should be done by the bank and not we having to start documenting ourselves with our Lgi again

@UnityBankPlc @Providusunity @UnityBankPlc @Providusunity And moreso if there should be any upgarde or migration, it shouldn't be towards ending of the month when people and Corp Member will receive their monthly Allowance. This is very frustrating as at now both Unity and providus is not working on my phone

This level of incompetence is really bad since all corp members has been using Unity Bank since the beginning of service year. And moreso if there should be any
