@simonsquibb I'm not just dreaming about building houses. I'm dreaming about building a model for how communities in Africa can be developed creating places where people can live, work, produce and prosper.
@simonsquibb Agriculture is another area I believe Nigeria has enormous potential in, so I want to build an integrated farm alongside the development, raising livestock and producing crops, while eventually processing those products locally.
@simonsquibb I know it is a huge dream, but I also have a plan for how I intend to raise the capital to make it possible. And I don't want to stop at real estate.
@simonsquibb This is personal. My dad is a civil engineer with 20+ years of experience, my brother is studying civil engineering, and I’ve been planning to build in this sector for years.
@simonsquibb My dream is to build an African development company that transforms land into thriving communities—not just houses.
I see a huge gap in Nigeria: quality housing, infrastructure and well-planned communities are still far too limited.

Dear @Zlatan_Ibile My name is Olamide, known as OxOlamm here and I'm a video content creator.
If I got the $10,000, I'd invest it straight back into my craft.
Every video I've created has been shot and edited on a Redmi 12C. It's not the ideal device for content creation, but I've never let that stop me from showing up consistently.
The first thing I'd do is get better phone that can capture my ideas the way I envision them. After that, I'd get a MacBook to edit faster, learn motion design, and improve my storytelling.
The rest would go into a good microphone, lighting, storage, and production costs so I can consistently create content that competes at a global level.
I've already proven I can create with limited resources. I don't see this as $10,000 to spend, I see it as an opportunity to remove the barriers holding my creativity back.
Thank you in advance 🥹🩷
