Mr. Riyaz Ahmed Raina from Mammar, Ganderbal (J&K) runs a trout fish farm. He says fish farming gives good income and is a profitable business.

He encourages young people to start this work and says women can also manage fish farming easily.

His journey shows that fish farming is not only a business but also a way to become self-reliant and successful.
