I don’t believe it’s this hard to click a few buttons and release a hold off of someone’s card. I’ve been a CS Manager before and I’m fully aware that there are instances when these errors happen but to blatantly ignore me reaching out is bad business @sweetgreen

So disappointed in @sweetgreen ive been trying to get refunded $210.00 for gift cards that NEVER went through bc my bank thought it was fraud and you STILL haven’t returned my funds back to me! Yes I’ve called YES I’ve emailed got 2 replies back sent 2 more and NOTHING
