❗️Upto 40-45% of the patients who had ICI myocarditis, had another ICI-related side effect
❗️Sensitivity of MRI is only 48 % in ICI myocarditis and sensitivity increases upto 80-90% when combined with parametric mapping
❗️Abatacept could be a game changer in steroid refractory ICI myocarditis

➡️Pembrolizumab induced myocarditis presenting as non-st-elevation myocardial infarction
❗️ICI myocarditis, under-reported/under-treated
❗️One of the less common IrAEs, but associated with high mortality upto 50%
⁉️Do we need more studies to cardiovascularly risk stratify patients before initiating ICI??
