@AmazonHelp But now I think it's the problem on your side Sir... 5 of my friends are facing the same error issue while 2 of them are facing amazon website error along with the app as we did in the month of August. That "CS11" error.. Annoying amazon... It's very annoying...

@AmazonHelp I've just tried the same where I uninstalled the app & while re-installing I just couldn't find amazon app itself from google playstore. I tried installing via Chrome but it says "the app isn't compatible with your device" which is the same problem I faced in the month of August.
