Agree with the clinicians who chose B - no more IVF. VTI is fine. R sided filling won't tangibly change L side output...it's fine with a VTI of 24.

And if no end-organ damage (neuro intact, normal cap refill, renal function not increasing) no need to treat just the MAP.
