Worst food delivery service app, given they have absolutely no consumer support model beyond placing of orders. Try and stay away as much as possible you can from such apps that don’t shoulder their core responsibilities.

@talabateg So just for reference Talabat in Egypt partners with multiple restaurants who use there own drivers and very casually convey this upon confirmation of the order. And then these restaurants take their own sweet time to deliver (nearly 2 hours) and deliver cold food.

@pharmeasyapp One of the worst apps to get health tests done, no response within standard turn around time (only 50% of test reports provided). If you are in a time crunch, steer away from this one.The responses from customer service are beyond appalling.

@pharmeasyapp Thanks, the order number is D2082230. Your grievance team is already looking into this however this was supposed to be a simple sample collection and reporting. It’s 4 days past and I am yet to receive full reports. This is highly unacceptable.
