@CharlieABarter Excellent work. GMC data suggests the proportion of UK black trainees receiving an unsatisfactory outcome is 11%, nearly double that of white trainees (6%) and higher than other ethnic groups. I wonder if you had access to ethnicity data in your study? And what it showed.
