@bankwithsmile how come if you stop a payment or bank transfer, you don't message the customer to advise them of this and leave it to the customer to find out later on? Then you spend 42 minutes on the phone trying to sort it out with bank staff who think that it's ok! 🤬🤬

@bankwithsmile Same thing happened last year on some large credit card purchases around a house extension, which nearly caused a huge problem. As the kitchen I had paid for was stopped by you and no one told me, apart from the kitchen company telling me they had not been paid as expected
