I don't entirely agree with this, in the AVENGERS END GAME ENCORE POST CREDIT LEAK we see Loki at Steve's house in the past with Peggy but i dont think he went there to warn him about Dr Doom because he knew nothing about Doom at that time.

My Theory on what actually happens: Loki goes back to met Steve in the past to try and save his family from the TVA, Realizing Steve's choice to stay in the past created an illegal Nexus event marked for immediate pruning, Loki used his time authority to secretly move Steve, Peggy, and their baby to a "safe" alternate universe.

But Moving foreign variants into a reality where they don’t belong completely breaks localized cosmic geometry. By trying to give Cap a peaceful domestic life in the Fantastic Four's universe, Loki accidentally triggered the catastrophic Incursions which led to Dr Doom losing his own family.
