@hashtagchess I was looking for candidate moves, but nothing other than Rxf4 makes any sense to me. Took me a long time to make any sense out of Rxf4 too, but at least it looked inviting from the start.
@HulkyKrow Peace makes the populace weak, and weakness brings chaos and war. Harsher times sculpt stronger people, who establish our beloved peace. We are stuck in a cycle.
@AnnaCramling The reasons I can think of -
sleeping too much
vitamin d deficiency
exposure to blue light right before sleeping
poor diet
high stress
I'd recommend going to a doctor anyway to make sure all is good.
@hashtagchess I've recently started running, and my body absolutely hates it when I do. What keeps me going is that I get to feel the pride of making it through. Quitting is instant gratification for long term regret. Avoiding that is THE way to grow stronger.
@hashtagchess Thinking back on Kxe3 f1=Q a7 though, I wonder if that could be converted into a win. I would probably just end up with a draw, but is there a specific technique to convert such positions?
@hashtagchess Oh I had thought Kd3 f2 Kxe3 f1=Q, but I didn't think about a7 afterwards. On second thought, Ke2 instead of Kxe3 is probably better. That is definitely a draw.
