@NYPost_Brazille @rgsaunders1 I didn't expect Pitino to be able to put together a solid recruiting class late. Getting players from Iona was highly likely. Both parties are familiar with each other. But i didn't expect the mass exodus from players on the current roster. I was hoping Posh and AJ would stay.

@NYPost_Brazille I think coach Pitino, at this point, needs to focus on re-recruiting some current players on the roster. Unless he's attacking the transfer portal hard. It's tough to recruit when you take over a new program after the season. I think his 2024 class will be better.
