I paid for a return direct flight, one of the most expensive only for them to change it to flights not only with stops but 26 hours between next flight.

@GOoutdoors The ineptitude of Go outdoors saga continues.
They finally replied to constant messages through Email and Twitter etc. with a return address.
The only issue now is TWO TOTALLY DIFFERENT ADDRESSES IN DIFFERENT PARTS OF THE COUNTRY!!!!!

@GOoutdoors rang company where automated voice told me nobody available to answer phones and to email yet ignoring emails also.
I just want an address to return goods too!
@GOoutdoors yet again show their lack of customer service as now I conceded to take my money and time to return items not requested despite numerous emails requesting address to return items all are ignored.

@GOoutdoors will go bankrupt if they continue to treat customers the way they are currently. Before thinking of purchasing go on trustpilot and see the endless bad reviews and think is it worth the risk? There are many other companies out there who are more professional
@GOoutdoors avoid this company. No customer service, only money driven and dislike admitting their errors or providing refunds.
I will compile and add a list of the reputable companies and add to their Twitter page so you can compare cost and reliability before ordering
@GOoutdoors if you read the tweets on their page you will see nearly all complaining about the terrible customer service and trouble getting items returned and refunds. AVOID THIS COMPANY and search web as many more customer focussed retailers out their
@FredParker8765@GOoutdoors Having same issue with them and wish I had never tried to purchase items. Now they expect me to pay to return items I had not wanted and they will then refund postage in 14 days! Totally untrustworthy
@GOoutdoors The worst customer service. Purchase items at own risk as if unhappy they will use every excuse to avoid refund and when you email to complain expect every answer to be automated
