Hello @airindiain, I am unable to do a web check in for a VBM flight. Any known issues?

Hello @airindiain @HCI_London My grandad has purchased a Vande Bharat ticket to go back home in Mumbai. What documents is he required to carry with him to show at the airport other than his passpost and OCI card and printed ticket?
He is an OCI.

@Ritz36562452 Thank you..
1) Undertaking form - Where can I find it?
2) Pre-departure VBM form - Where can I find the form and whom should I email it to?
