When we got enrolled in the college, the fee structure we were given had Rs. 1,40,750 for the third semester and now the fee invoice has an opening balance of 1,44,450.
why? Since, the college is not responding to mails, it might reply here.

This is case of UPES in Uttarakhand where university is demanding fee by 16th August. COVID pandemic has took jobs, reduced income and demanding full fee in such scenario is not justified.
