[Odisha SSB Lecturers' Association(OSLA) @the_osla]

An earnest appeal of 4000 SSB Lecturers of Odisha to Hon'ble Chief Minister sir and Hon'ble Pandian sir to consider our just demand for rectification of grade pay from 4600 to 5400.
Save us from this discrimination and deprivation and grant us what we deserve.

ଏହା କେବଳ ଗ୍ରେଡ଼ ପେ ର ପ୍ରଶ୍ନ ନୁହେଁ, 4000 ଅଧ୍ୟାପକ ଅଧ୍ୟାପିକା ଙ୍କ ସମ୍ମାନର ପ୍ରଶ୍ନ, ତାଙ୍କର ପ୍ରତ୍ୟେକ ପରିବାର ସଦସ୍ୟଙ୍କ ସମ୍ମାନର ପ୍ରଶ୍ନ, ତାଙ୍କ ଭବିଷ୍ୟତର ପ୍ରଶ୍ନ, ତଥା ଶିକ୍ଷାର ସାମଗ୍ରିକ ବିକାଶ ର ପ��ରଶ୍ନ । କାରଣ ଶିକ୍ଷକଙ୍କୁ ବଞ୍ଚିତ ଅବସ୍ଥାରେ ରଖି ଶିକ୍ଷାର ବିକାଶ କରି ହୁଏ ନାହିଁ। ଅଧିକାର ମାଗୁଛୁ, ଦୟା ନୁହେଁ ।

20 candidates are selected by @OPSC in a transparent manner but Someone raised the question about the selection process and it decided to stay in the counseling process. Is it fair....?
