If either claude or gpt go away, the other will basically monopolise the market.

Meta AI is one of the few non chinese labs actively developing open weight models.(google also has gemma which is open weight but the logo is gemini so i hope that stays🥲)

Google can just use another model for it’s. “Ecosystem” ig.
