The sealed box was found empty.
Such incidents impact customer confidence, I’m now afraid to buy boAt products.
Requesting a fair and quick resolution.

I ordered a sealing machine on 28 Mar (Order ID: 406-0490428-7289163). Marked as delivered but never received. Waited 8+ days, still no refund. Now being told to raise a new complaint & wait 4 more days. This is harassment. Please resolve ASAP.
