Absolutely pathetic service. I have sold my old car and removed it's fastag sticker as i had to buy a new car. However since last 3 days it is not allowing me to surrender fastag of my old car due to cancelled cheque issue. Worst service ever.

It says "Your Complaint has been routed to SP1-GITC for immediate redressal" and status as "Case Closed" even though till date i have not yet received any resolution. My money is stuck and i am not able to get it refund back into my account. SBI Fastag is the worst ever Fastag.
