@theybanjan Real work deserves recognition.. The problem is by default no one notices the success. Everyone notices the failure. Hence its important to make sure that people know the success stories..
@theybanjan Very well put @theybanjan .. Most organization leaders think AI is a magic bullet that will speed things 10x. They fail to understand the nuances which are still hidden behind these real world issues.
@tata_neu there are some serious security loopholes in your ordering system. I ordered a TV last night and got a call today telling me that the TV won't be delivered for 30 days. Instead if you want we can send it over in 2 hours. How can so many details get leaked so soon.
@akshaygoa@alwaystweetify@St_Brosephs This is the problem..we justify wrong behaviour by blaming others. Cant we just keep the wrapper in a bag/pocket and throw when we find a bin. We need to stop justifying our incorrect actions. And yes i do exactly that.
@IndianREI This happened to me, I had finalized a house, paid advance. The formalities on home loan and doc verification took 3-4 months. The seller starts asking for 10pc higher price because he incurred loss now that the price might have increased.
@SBICard_Connect - I am on hold for last 25 mins and unable to close a card. Option hidden in IVR. Retention team is busy and cannot take a call. No option for callback. Your representative expects me to callback again after some time, This is harassment at another level.
@Glen__India i have raised a service request 5 days ago. I have still not heard back from any service engineer. Even helpdesk is unable to help. This is not the expected experience.
My friend Suhas donated Rs.5000 to PM/ CM Relief Fund.
On the other hand, I bought two bottles whisky worth Rs 5000/-.
The question is who contributed more to the growth of our country ?
01. On the Rs 5000 Suhas donated, he got a 30% tax rebate. Therefore, he actually landed up earning back Rs 1500/-. In other words, by donating Rs 5000 he made a net contribution of just Rs 3500/- to the country.
02. On Alcohol, the total taxes (excise and GST) added up to approximately 72% of the MRP. So when I paid Rs 5000,/-, Rs 3600/- went to the state exchequer... Against 3500 rs from Suhas
...and 48 pegs of pleasure from two bottles 750 ml whisky bottle ๐ท๐ท. And the tandoori chicken , peanuts, soda and other bites he consumed worth Rs 5000 along with whisky contributed about 1000 Rs more to government. That makes it 4600 vs 3500.
Therefore, not only did I contribute more, I created jobs at the Distillery, their suppliers of labels, bottles, caps, machinery , Poultry farms , Snack companies, jobs at the Marketing Company, jobs at the Wine Shop , Retail shops selling chicken, snacks and moreover I was in high spirits doing so,
.... while Suhas doesn't even know where his money went !!
Think of it...
Next time, Buy a Bottle of Whisky โyouโ serve your Nation !!!
Be a responsible citizen!! Have a lovely day and also be in high spiritsย !!!๐ฅ๐ฅ

@sambhavdaga Till the FM starts taxing unrealized profit. Depend on the babu's at FinMin will come up with some creative calculation to tax everything.
"Theek hai thoda galat hua hai, lekin sochiye Congress hoti to aur kitna zyada galat ho sakta tha" is a standard response to any unpleasant happening under the BJP.
This is like someone sIapping you and, if you complain, they say, "Maine to ek hi maara hai, socho koi doosra hota to 2-3 bhi maar sakta tha," and then expect you to smile.
Congress theek nahi thi, tabhi to baar baar aapko laaye hain. People expect BJP to be a better version of themselves, not a better version of Congress.
Did you know that if you have taken a loan to invest in shares or mutual funds & earn dividend income out of those shares or mutual funds, you can deduct interest paid on such loan from your dividend income (maximum up to 20% of dividends earned)
Example - Loan taken 10L, Dividends Earned 30k, Interest Paid 90k.
You can deduct 90k or 20% of 30k i.e. 6k (whichever is lower)
In this case, 6k can be deducted and your net taxable dividend income would be Rs. 24k

AIS was released to ease tax filing. Has it? To an extent, yes. But, for equity transactions, it's laden with errors & the onus of correcting errors is on taxpayers, increasing their compliance burden.
You can't fully rely on AIS yet. Full story:
