Yet again this month.
Train no. 12505 started on 13th Jun
Late by more than 4hrs.
What does a tax paying citizen have to do for being able to not bear losses, reach anywhere in time, or simply travel peacefully.
Extremely shameful.

@drmncrald @RailwaySeva @SrDOM_PRYJ And yet this train is being delayed more and more. There are people who serve the country, who are visitors to the Nation, travellers, and even small kids, and a pantry running out of Rail Neer.
None of this is a concern? Do compelled individuals have to call sick for attention?

Please explain the delay of Train 12506 North East (So called superfast express) departing on Saturday 7:40 am from Delhi is running late by ~6hrs

Aryan now suggested an additional coupon of 51rs. Yes, you heard me right, on an order of ~900rs, some pity change. On sharing that I would escalate, and reshared the components and challenges, after 15 mins, he offered the same pity coupon. What would you do here @SwiggyCares ?

Reaching out to share a very common operational gap that I have faced multiple times. It's either the delivery person, or the restaurant or the support; while the end result is a customer that expects, pays and yet receives disappointment. My case below -

At this point, I was connected to another support agent Aryan Singh Tomar who suggested a cancellation, which seemed the correct option to take but how does someone compensate the order that I couldn't consume, or the person that stayed up so late in wait of it?

On BRT road- pls just block the whole stretch to make it a two lane road temporarily - cars constantly going from 2-lanes to 4 lanes and then back to 2-lanes is what is causing the crazy bottlenecks! @dtptraffic @OfficialDMRC @BJP4Delhi @DelhiPolice

Is it that hard? We can help MLAs and VVIPs get clear routes by stalling tax payers, breaking red lights amongst other things, but fixing red lights that may cause accidents are not our priority.

The train has not crossed NCR and runs ~5hrs late. Traveling by personal commute would have worked better to make it in time for my bookings from Bombay.
An extremely inconvenient and loss making affair.
