Booked a car with @Zoomcar_India for a family trip on May 31, 2025. Host canceled last minute, ruining our resort plans. Customer care offered a poorly maintained car—low mileage (~9k petrol for 600 km in 1.5 days), low-performing AC, basic speakers, outdated interior.
