@CromaSupport@cromaretail I do not think it takes so long to resolve issues. One lesson I’ve learned through your customer service is not to buy from you again. Thank you and I do not wish to get this exchanged anymore - not worth running behind your support team.
Next day, got a call saying they can't process the exchange & I need to raise it online—had to collect the faulty kettle back. Now @tata_neu app won't even let me raise the request. Multiple store visits, no resolution. Can you please take ownership and fix this?

Turns out, I got an older model without satellite cleaning. Found this only when the installation guy came 2 DAYS after delivery!

@pharmeasyapp your customer services has become pathetic. I received a product which had the seal broken. Raised a return request through multiple mails & calls. Finally the return was raised and now nobody is showing up to pick it up. It’s been 15 days already.
@cromaretail I returned a faulty iron and got a refund, but the extended warranty amount I paid hasn’t been refunded. Despite multiple follow-ups, no resolution. This is unacceptable.
What is the extended warranty are you charging me for? For being a loyal customer?
