@airtelindia still 5g towers are being shown in my mobile device but 4g data is being consumed it is happening continuously for past 3 days . I am getting 5g speed also my plan is of 349rs please look into it. What you are doing is a scam and people should be made aware of this.

@airtelindia But the data is getting exhausted very quickly and I'm not able to experience unlimited 5G data as advertised by the company.

@airtelindia I did a ₹349 recharge for unlimited 5G. I'm in a 5G coverage area, my device is 5G-compatible, and the 5G icon is visible — but my 4G data is still being used and is getting exhausted. I also raised a complaint through the Airtel Thanks app but haven’t received help

@airtelindia I'm still not satisfied with the kind of response from Airtel. I've recharged the pack of data 2gb/day and with that pack I'm supposed to be recieving 5G data. Now I'm recieving message from Airtel that my data has been consumed 90%. The speeds are equivalent to 5G data.
