I was completely wrong. Some of the injuries were the year before, but some did occur that year the Knicks lost to Indiana and they were more impactful than any of Indiana.

Actually, it's Rutgers location to NYC that helped line the pockets of the B1G. Data show that the most fan support in the NYC area is for Rutgers. It only matters to tv execs, and they care.
